Hi, I'm Tanya, founder of CrecerIA, and this is the story that inspired this agency.

Back in my home country, I saw how much my aunt was carrying as a Pilates studio owner and mother of four. managed to grow, so did their workload, not just in classes, but in internal and administrative matters, we all saw her juggle all the responsibilities that came with each of these roles and tried to help when it was possible. I began learning AI and building systems to take some of that load off her plate. She and her daughter, my cousin, no longer had to switch between instructing classes and replying to messages, managing the schedule, and still wondering why, after over a decade of business, they didn't reach a dozen reviews. Instead, retention increased, new clients found them even in their new location, and their reputation grew.

What started as a way to help my family revealed a greater need. So many business owners are overwhelmed by repetitive tasks that steal time from their growth, their families, and themselves.
